Be part of...
the medical revolution and changing NHS in Lancashire and Cumbria.  Be part of communities that inspired William Wordsworth, Melvyn Bragg and Eric Morecambe.

Live and learn in one of the most breathtakingly beautiful areas of England from small rural villages and towns to the hustle and bustle of the busiest seaside resorts

Greater Manchester area (South Academy)
There are many great opportunities to train in Manchester (the original 24-hour party city) and the surrounding area, including Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Tameside, Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham. Each of these is a town with its own distinctive character, a wide variety of social and ethnic cultures and some great sporting venues.

Lancashire & Cumbria (North Academy)
Lancashire is home to some of the country's favourite seaside resorts, including Blackpool. Alternatively, for a more rural retreat Lancashire boasts the Forest of Bowland, Ribble Valley and Pendle Hill, whilst Cumbria has all the inspirational areas of the Lake District.
