How can I prepare for GP selection centre?
Selection Centre typically comprises of three exercises, one of which
will be a patient simulation and may include other group exercise or
structured interviews. All exercises are observed by trained assessors.
Selection methods may vary slightly in each deanery but all deaneries will
assess candidates against the competencies outlined in the
National Person Specifications
and the only preparation suggested is that you familiarise yourself
with these competencies.
