How is the Stage 2 score used?

The score awarded at Stage 2 is be used to rank all applications and Selection Centre places are be allocated depending on rank and available places at each of your deanery choices. See Allocation to Stage 3. We also use the Stage 2 result to contribute towards your overall ranking after Stage 3 Selection Centre since some competences are only assessed at Stage 2.  The Stage 2 assessment has been validated against the competency based written questions as well as against subsequent performance at interview and selection centre.
