I cannot access the system - it says user name not recognized
Either you have not yet successfully registered yet OR the e-mail
address you are using is not the same as the one you registered with. The
e-mail address you use to log back in has to be exactly the same as the
one you used to register. This is why we ask you not to "cut and paste"
your e-mail address when you initially register. Try using different
spellings. Sometimes the e-mail extension you have used is different (.co.uk
instead of .com). You can change your e-mail address once you have managed
to log in. Please only contact us if you have exhausted all possible
variations.
