I’m having technical difficulties
If you experience technical difficulties completing and submitting your
application do not panic. There is often an obvious reason and a simple
solution. Some of the most common problems that have been encountered by
previous users are given in this FAQ section.
If you continue to experience severe technical difficulties and still
cannot complete or submit your application you can e-mail us for advice at
[email protected].
Please only contact us this way if you are really stuck and send your
e-mail only once – multiple copies of the same e-mail will only hinder the
speed of our response, not enhance it.
